No sign of Cabral or Graham off the bill.

Roberge gone, meaning two defenders are needed.


Could we be rescued by The Onion?
 
Can't understand why after all these months when initialy we got out of the blocks with a few Bosmans, bid for Borini and Williams that it has got into a last desperate attempt to throw the dice? Surely as a club after last season the club would have wanted a statement of intent to it's fans who have been so loyal? Maybe I'm getting this wrong.....surely Gus hasn't two miracles up his sleeve....has he?

There is much to be agreed on with this mate.

How has it ended up in such a panicked fashion again. Thought we could have moved on from this sort of fiasco in the transfer market. I'm not buying this Borini's Mrs decided to go to London horse ****e either. The whole Borini saga has been a complete farce from day one. Embarrassing.

With this one I think the fans deserve an explanation. For the life of me I don't understand it? I agree with you I don't think it is anything to do with his Mrs. If that was the case it would have been no weeks ago. Until this morning as we fans knew everything was still on led by the indications of the club....just staggering to be honest....
 
Cameron would not be a sexy addition, but he is very useful. Can play CD, RB or DM in a pinch (played RW against Belgium in WC). He really fills some holes for Gus, provides a lot of coverage and will be competition for his preferred CD position. He is not the shy type either, a little steel could be welcome.

Boring yes, but also I think a really savvy buy.

Vince, I think Cameron would let the gaffer sleep better at night. Gus is on record saying he wants players who can play more than a single position, Cameron is exactly that guy.
