I would guess it ends our interest. Koeman has said 2 players. Alderweireld and Capel fit the bill.

It's flawed, and open to abuse, certainly. It's not pointless though. It's an attempt to stop Man City and Barcelona from buying every player in the world. If they find loopholes then it's up to UEFA to close those loopholes.
