If he has what it takes he'll come through eventually. I don't understand why people keep wanting to blame the player if Bruce is basically offering them a place elsewhere, it's not like they are handing in transfer requests.
Boyd has the quality, it's just there are better players ahead of him. If he goes to Burnley he'll start. It's a shame, because I think he's exactly the type of player we need in a pinch; he's been through the lower leagues and seen it all and even at his age he's an experienced player. £3m is a very good offer though, almost too good for a player in the last year of his contract.
Exacchhly. I didn't quite understand why *some* people were upset with/blamed Long for leaving - not his fault.
I think if a player gets a run somewhere he probably has a chance to be better and get form, but as a sub or just in and out it could be hard to get that game form.
I think brady looked good today when he came on, boyd out! Brady/aluko on left wing, bring in a creative midfieler, sorted!
He possibly could have done, then again he could have been totally ineffective like he has been whenever he's been given a chance this season
Definitely a manic Monday coming up when tomorrow comes but can't fight this feeling that we'll be left with shattered dreams.
I bet your the kinda bloke who tells a joke laughs at it, then has a few more lined up, do you have any nephew or niecies?
Almost done according to Brucie via Sky http://www1.skysports.com/football/...eorge-boyd-set-to-join-burnley-from-hull-city
