In the 1980s, someone turned up for their first day filming a new show to find that the picture the make up department had of them was actually of someone with a similar name - who is the person, what was the show and the character?

Point of order - it wasn't a free kick, it was from open play....

I'll give the answer to my question, then it can just go from the one posed by BB. The answers are Clare (born Claire but has since dropped the i) Grogan, Red Dwarf and Kristine Kochanski. If you look at the early titles, she is listed as C.P. Grogan as there was already a Claire Grogan who was an Equity member and that was who the make-up department had a photo of.

A series of conflicts, which started in 1788 and spanned 146 years right up to 1934, saw an estimated death toll of 25,000. What were the conflicts known as and who were they between?

Adapted from Dave's answer - when a goal kick ends up in the back of the net, for any reason, without having first left the penalty area.

If a ball is shot direct into your own goal from any restart e.g. free kick, throw in etc. without the goalkeeper having touched the ball. e.g. If I played a free kick direct to my own goalkeeper and he missed it completely then it would result in a corner.

If the ball has hit an outside influence on the way in to the net e.g. the Sunderland v Liverpool beach ball incident should have been given as a corner, not a goal.

O.K. Which country in the World has a Navy but no coastline ? By that I mean a Navy with a military capacity and not just a commercial fleet.

    Or Switzerland?

They both I understand have naval vessels...
