As always - a banana skin, so I am nowhere near thinking about even the next round.

Totally agree Thai - I wonder if Sky will choose that one to televise?

Still, we owe them a MASSIVE favour after they sold us Grant Holt!!!!! <ok>

That'll do, we're on our way to Wember-ley!!

Oh dear, such predictions are wont
To come back and bite, you know where,
It´s possible, but well I don´t
See this as an easy affair,
Shrewsbury did Leicester last round
Away from home too, I recall,
Not sure what it was that they found
But they´ll use it to set out their stall.

Would love a Cup run this year, but this will show how much Adams and the team do, we´ll see <ok>

What type of team do you think you'll put out for this? Are the management after a cup run or will this be second string squad members?

Lots of youngsters will play for sure, with a few old heads in amongst them looking for match-time and a chance to impress the boss. That said, Adams will definitely pick a team he thinks can win the game and as our young uns showed the other night against Crawley they'll be no pushovers - much like yourselves I'm sure.

Good luck, hope it's a good game <ok>

Roughly the same as last match I'd have thought - roughly six/seven senior players (with maybe half of them normally benching) and the remainder being youngsters.

Most likely to be second string. We had 5 or 6 youth products in the squad that beat Crawley and only Martin in defence from our regular league starting 11. I would expect much the same, but Adams has instilled a winning mentality so I imagined whatever team goes out they'll still be well up for the challenge. Hopefully not another Surman-Bennett CM pairing though!

great opportunity to continuing a winning/unbeaten/streak or to start another good run- this seems like a good opportunity to bring players into the team and play a competitive match with minimal risk- I think there should be enough strength on the bench to increase the probability of putting things right should things be going Shrewsbury's way.

That's what Leicester thought though ;)

Attitude is all important. And it seems to be permeating throughout the club ( a positive one that is ). I think whatever eleven start the match, the will to win, and the almost certain class superiority, should see us to the next round.

welcome to Shrewsbury, make a day and night of it. a delightful town to visit, plenty of decent pubs. I know Norwich well, a Fine City, Once the HQ of the greatest Insurance company in the World which I was proud to work for 41 years at Bristol Branch.

Please do not underestimate us, we have had a poor run against poor opposition, but top clubs inspire us, and lying 2nd in league will inspire our so far goal shy heroes. when they get their act together, some club could be hit for 6. pleased to see the Norfolk Blues alive on the perch but could they come a cropper amongst the litter on the floor of that cage on Tuesday.

Floreat Salopia,

Floreat the once Great Norwich Union!

I really hope we win this. It'll help a hell of a lot to make players who aren't playing week in week out feel part of what we're trying to do.

Really tough game though and you can bet they'll be bang up for it.
