I saw that on the news tonight.
Even for the gun-happy USA, the questions are WTF were they doing :

1. giving a Uzi in auto fire mode to a 9 yr old girl
2. and in a completely unenclosed firing range env

 

Many Americans feel the same way. Unfortunately, there is this very well funded, very well connected institution ( somehow sounds appropriate! ) called the NRA, who make sure that all Americans have the unalienable right to go on killing each other!.

 

Thought the NRA might have been far less credible now since Bowling for Columbine.

It's actually the first round where teams are seeded, but I thought the seven PL teams with byes to the third round were also seeded (in the third round) - but I can't find anything to support that - apart from the way the draw has come out!
