Unless Borini has another deal lined up to another club he woukd be stupid not tosign for us. He is not going to get a game for Liverpool and if he does not play his stock will be much lower including his earning potential. Have a great season for us and he coukd demand a move to a bigger club on more money, we would make some money too everyone is a winner.

Napoli interest for Fabio Borini, his arrival always linked to the most probable assignment of Zapata.

Something about Napoli w they ant Borini on Loan then pay £10mill !!

Looks like loan or buy.
How come they say £10m & we pay £14m. Something amiss.

In Liverpool there is another player who is interested in Naples and is the very Italian Fabio Borini. With the arrival of Balotelli at Anfield its spaces were further compressed, while in Naples would have a better chance for its flexibility in the first line can make the central striker, attacking midfielder and act as external. The solution is always the consideration of the loan (the contract expires in 2017), or you can take home with a sum close to 10 million. The arrival of Borini is related to the event, more likely, a transfer loan Zapata.

another mention.

Napoli coach Rafa Benitez is considering a raid on his former club Liverpool for a couple of players, according to reports in Italy. Tuttosport claims that, with Mario Balotelli on his way to Anfield, Napoli are interested in a loan deal, with a view to a permanent arrangement, for Fabio Borini, who is also wanted by Sunderland. Gazzetta dello Sport, meanwhile, claims that midfielder Lucas Leiva remains on Benitez's wish-list, providing Napoli qualify for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.

@SAFCsource
Borini's agent: Borini for now remains in Liverpool and there has been no contact with Italian teams.

@SAFCsource
Borini's agent: With regard to Sunderland I have no idea..

@SAFCsource
Fabio Borini's agent is still unsure what the future holds for his client.

F***ing weeks down the line and its so much clearer now!

It'd be a bloody hilarious scenario we get a couple more class players in, Borini then decides late on deadline that he really wants be here - and then we can tell him and his agent to **** off

Ridiculous, agent hawking him about, fancy saying no idea, pissed me right off that like

The agent will know exactly what`s going on. It`s his job to know.

He`s got us dangling on a string & it`s the clubs fault for letting it drag on and making us look stupid.

Pull the plug, spend the money on someone better who wants to be here.

Let Borini & his agent decide whose to blame when he`s sitting on the bench twiddling his thumbs while his career takes a nose dive. Bollox to the pair of them.

Yip! Withdraw the offer! ****er could have said something, anything, talks still ongoing or something, but no idea!! Tosser!

15:21 Back to Gus Poyet, who would appear to be in a talkative mood. He remains keen on returning Liverpool striker Fabio Borini to Sunderland, possibly on another season-long loan.

Keith Downie @SkySports_Keith: Poyet on Borini: "We keep trying. It's difficult to put a deadline on it but we are getting close. Hasn't changed much in the past week."

Keith Downie @SkySports_Keith: Poyet insists he'd be open to taking Fabio Borini on loan again, as opposed to a permanent transfer.

George Caulkin ‏@CaulkinTheTimes 2m
On Borini (yet again), it's my understanding that £14m bid from #Safc is no longer on the table. Loan remains a (slim) possibility. #lfc

George Caulkin ‏@CaulkinTheTimes 32s
Said for a while that #Safc have actively been looking elsewhere & believe that remains the case. Vargas was one option & there are others.

end of that one then

Good, that should piss his agent off!!

Agent speaks out almost immediately :

Fabio Borini’s agent has admitted that Sunderland’s bid of around 18million euros is still on the table, and could still be accepted by Liverpool.

With the imminent arrival of Mario Balotelli moving Borini even further down the pecking order at Anfield, the Italian striker looks likely to leave in order to secure more regular first-team football.

The Black Cats boss Gus Poyet is evidently keen on securing the return of Borini, but agent Marco Antonio De Marchi revealed that while Sunderland’s bid still stands, Napoli have been touted as potential suitors.

“About 20 days ago, Sunderland made a really important offer for Borini, about 18million euros,” told Radio CRC.

“What will happen after the 31st August I don’t know.

“Napoli would be good, but I have not spoken to them yet.

“Should they call me, I have to listen.”

Poyet also admitted to being in the dark about where Borini’s future lies, and insisted the whole saga is rather frustrating.

Asked if the club would set a deadline for signing Borini, Poyet said: "I have asked myself many, many times. I don't know, to be honest, I don't know if we need to put a date on it or not. I don't know.

Piss off agent ****breath

Ooops quoted own post in a rage

Is his agents arse now dropping out?

I still want him here but it's obvious he's been waiting for a better offer and that does taint things a bit. Still if he scores the winners against our cousins from the dark side all will be forgiven.

I have no objection to Borini as a Liverpool fan... he works bloody hard, just isn't going to fit in our squad.

Rodgers appears to have Sturridge, Balotelli, and Lambert ahead of him- so he's not going to get game here- he might as well join you. (not sure Lambert deserves to be ahead of Borini, but he is).

If summer training is anything to go by, even our youngster, Peterson, is ahead of Borini in the pecking order. Rodgers doesn't want him... No idea why Borini won't just go.
