I think that something will happen quickly now that he has gone. Could sign before Saturday but definitely won't feature.

I harbour no animosity toward Long or Southampton. I personally think that Southampton and us will be finishing around the same position this season. They have sold way too many of their team (quality players) to do anything like what they did last year.

I think this likely boils down to Kayleah Long being not happy in the area which is a feeling I have to respect. But she hardly gave it a chance only being here around 6 months and by the looks of her Twitter she spent most of it on many holidays and not in or around Hull. So she hardly gave it a chance. She will probably move there and not like it there either.


Good player. Got us goals that helped us stay in the league. Pacey and wore his heart on his sleeve.

He finishing was shocking. The amount of chances he missed in a a game was incredible. And I have every belief that Bruce will sign someone his equal or better.

We have had Southampton's pants down because he isn't worth the price they paid and they bought a player who was only bought 6 months ago for about 5 million more.

one of his remark's on signing for Southampton I found interesting, "on seeing the ground and training facility's I knew it a big club" are our training facility's that poor.

 

After last thursday i am surprised that Southampton still wanted him. But agree his finishing is not worfth £12.5m as has been reported.

Long starts @ Liverpool on sunday and it could well be a very long season for the Saints. Even Mick Channon says that Saints are a mess. Far too many changes and the new Saints players will take time to gell. Good luck mind.
