Plenty of time. Just be thankful that we still don't have Harry though. Only once it gets down to three hours left would he get to business. And in that short time he'd still manage to come back with a table, a couple of three-legged chairs, a broken gnome, a dishwasher thrown out by the neighbour, the same t-shirt which he's previously given to the local charity shop five times now, and an unknown South Korean left back.
http://metro.co.uk/2014/08/14/aston...-for-southampton-boss-ronald-koeman-4832870/? new? bit dodgy, RK i've seen a video of him denying that he had told the media he wanted RV. RK seems to flip flop with transfer discussions.
I'd be okay with Vlaar at this point. He's better than Yoshida, and I'm going to trust the feedback on Gardos, which has been very positive. Fonte to start with one of Gardos and Vlaar. That'd be fine.
I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to Man United as they need a leader for all the kids in their defence. But would be a great signing for us if we can make it. Are the quotes new? Might hint that our business is not over just yet (fingers crossed!)
Would be happy with Vlaar. Gardos sounds good, but getting in someone who already knows the league, and is decent, would be good.
Villa fans saying Lambert has changed his tune in his recent press conference. Saying that he said that it's up to Vlaar whether he is at Villa or not come September 2nd.
Just going to point out that one @GPelle19 follows @RonVlaar4 on Twitter. Graziano only follows 29 people - in fairness most of them from Dutch football. Although they both played for both AZ and Feyernoord, by the looks of it Vlaar left at the end of the season before in both occasions... Anyone else reading anything into it or just coincidence...?
Didn't Vlaar play for Feyenoord as well? Not at the same time as Graziano I don't think. That could be the connection, a former Feyenoord player.
That's what I said - they both played for Feyernoord and AZ, but in each occasion Vlaar left at the end of the season before Graziano arrived. Could be the connection as you say, but seems coincidence that Graziano only follows 29 people and Vlaar is one of them when they seemingly didn't play together, just for the same clubs. Equally though there are other Dutch players on their that I doubt he played with. Just pointing out really. People can make up there own mind as to whether it means anything. Unfortunately can't see when Graziano started following him.
