    Their friendly match this Saturday has been postponed - not enough players ?

    Will they be able to start the season ?

    We play them 30th August...3 points in the bag ?

    By all accounts Riga is close to leaving/getting sacked due to the chairman not backing him, if he goes whoever takes over has to assemble a team within 2 weeks and basically no pre season to blend the squad in to how they plan to play.
    Even if the Blackpool chairman sorts it out and gets his cheque book out and buys some decent players next week Blackpool are there for the taking at least until mid september, until then whoever Blackpool are playing they'll be going on my fixed odds coupon<ok>.
