    3 of the guys at my work are talking about central heating again. im not exaggerating but they spend at least 1 hour a wk talking about central heating and or insulation but since one of them bought a new house this has upped to 3-4 hours a wk. as i type this they are discussing flow rates and pipe diameters.

    now, fair enough, i understand that people need to maybe chat over these things, if their in the process of doing it. maybe they want some advice. but once the conversation is over, thats it until the next time someone is renovating a house, say 5-10 years in the future. but not every ****ing wk!

    who the **** cares! i've never even seen my ****ing boiler! i flick a switch, there's a rumble and i get some ****ing hot water! thats it! its all you need you boring ****s! and the next time you approach someone with a 6 page print out of the design details of the new boiler you're about to buy and hear the words;

    "have i bored you with this yet? Ha Ha"

    the answer is always ****ing "YES!"

    i dont need to listen to you agonising over whether or not 5 seperate showers will be able to run simultaneously for 20 minutes without running out of hot water. I JUST DONT ****ING CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Aren't you clever! We can't, it's operated entirely from a central system that the Organ Grinders won't let us Monkeys near.

    My house is all electric, I'm installing new storage heaters. I'm unsure if I need the massive 5kw for the front room or if I should just get the 3kw and use the electric fire when it gets really cold, another option could be to pay up for the gas to be piped to my house that will be 4k before I've installed any heaters then of course I'd have the problem of flow rates and pipe diameters. What are your thoughts on the matter

    What the **** is going on?

    You've actually turned a thread about how boring talking about central heating is into a discussion about CH.
