Looks good when see it on, rather than just a photo.

Bit like our xmas shirt last year, looked awful, but when you saw it with the shorts it blended in ok and wasn't too bad.

Sterling, all the trikets gets the crowd excited, trips over it so lays it back to Johnson, who scruffs in a cross <doh>

Good tracking back by Enrique, using his pace well.

Nice running from Markovic with the ball. Very direct there. Was about to say, haven't really seen much from him so far in this game.

    Not a good tackle though!

  12. Bit wild from Gerrard. Was his spare leg though <laugh>

    Was closed down quickly though.

Interesting to see him not even standing over the free kick though. Sturridge and Hendo were the 2.

  15. Expect it in friendlies, best time to let others have a go and see what happens. What will be interesting is what happens once the serious stuff restarts.

I don't want to be critical about everything Johnson does, but he does make it hard for himself some times <doh>

sitting waiting for the ball to come to him and allows the opposition player to dart infront and nick the ball.

    Sturridge, still being greedy <doh>

Disagree on that play, turned the player and created the chance, a good one too. IF that was Suarez would it still be greedy or "magic"? Sturridge will have to fight that a bit now as Suarez is gone and the light is on him.

  19. Good play be Studge on the left but there is the reason I call him greedy. Strikers should be greedy but at the right time and place, it takes the wrong decision. He was unlikely to score with is spare leg from such a position, he should have squared it!

It would have been a Suarez's stronger foot. Had it been Suarez on the opposite side, he'd have looked for the pass despite Luis being better on his weaker foot than Danny! It's about knowing your own strengths and weaknesses.
