3-5-2 struggles with teams who use a lot of width and pace, the full backs get no protection and are seen as the only method of attack when on the wings. 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 would see a 3-5-2 struggle.

4-3-3 would struggle against formations where protection is given to full backs like a 4-1-4-1 or a diamond formation.

I could go on and on about formations which struggle against other formations but your probably lost now.

Smalling and Jones are **** - you know it deep down.

I'd be amazed if you didn't invest.
