The borough council own the land and rightly so as it is a community site. Ipswich Town Football Club owns the Stadium and all the facilities so in answer to your question the landlord being the council would pay.

Hope this isn't too complicated for you!

I always thought that, in Ipswich, the only word that followed community was "service!"

I don't think you have much to mock us for living in Weston!

And in Nodge the usual words that precede 'community' are 'care in the'...;)

The old saying applies "You can take the boy out of Ipswich but you cant"

Not bothering with the Commonwealth games ?

Bet you are disappointed you missed John Barrowman.

Reminded me of you when he was singing his heart out.

Just got back from the T20 match, Treacs, Northants v Notts, the T20's always a good evening out, beer and cricket in the summer, can't be beaten. <ok>

Failed by 22 runs on the run chase, failed to take advantage of the powerplay and it cost them, a decent knock by Kyle Coetzer of 67 (or there abouts) though.

    That's a bugger!

Notts have got a pretty decent side so no real disgrace. I'm going to the first day of the Test match on Sunday so I hope to see some decent cricket!

I used to be a real 'test match purist' and have only got into the T20 in the last few years, I'm addicted now, it helps living a 5 minute walk from the County Ground, excellent stuff!

You got you and your boys' tickets for the 23rd August yet? I'm taking my 17 yr old son to his first ever Old Farm Derby, good seats in the SBRL (not that anyone will be sitting of course), he's buzzed up about it already! ;)

I own a couple of houses in Cringleford. Owning ones business has so many advantages.

Unfortunately not, Treacs, I got mine a week ago (priority membership six days before they went on general sale to the glory hunters), and I picked up the last pair of tickets more than five rows from the front in section 5, I believe that the SBRL is pretty much sold out now...

    Will you be attending?

Would you want to go to a cold bar where you are surrounded by tumbleweed? I think that is why they take advantage of and sometimes abuse our Norfolk hospitality! I don't mind too much provided they don't shout.
