    loved craig russell, him and martin smith were 2 very exciting players at the club, always thought we had a chance when these 2 started

    Reid obviously didn't think he was quite good enough for the Premier, but the fact is that he got so few opportunities to prove him wrong that we'll never know.

    For me, he was like a lot of strikers, veering between brilliance and incompetence. But in a season (96-97, relegated at Wimbledon, where the nearest we got to scoring was when Russell came on and set up Stewart for a sitter he missed hopelessly) when we had no attacking options, Reid should have tried him more often.

    This is a crock of ****, so much so Ive put it into favourites, so I can read at my leisure, and pass it on to football fans wherever, and I know they will love , `this crock of ****` nice one mate.
