On a serious note, a few years ago, the chief constable of Cheshire was taking a bit of a grilling on the increase of crime in the county. One reporter asked if he had any solution to reduce the crime figures. His answer was that he could reduce the figures by half if he could brick up the Mersey tunnel. Needless to say, he had to formally apologise a few days later. Was he telling the truth, or was it a sense of humour?
please no milk, I dont need another RS with a chip on his shoulder. Back to the serious side, I travel all over the UK, including visits to inner London. What amazes me is the 3 sites I visit in London, everyone is laid back and stress free. I take my hat off to you, driving through London is a nightmare, I could not cope with it on a daily basis. The other part that amazes me about London is that everyone where I visit are helpful, but in the same week I visit Essex, certain parts are downright miserable. LOL, nearly as miserable as Bournemouth
