Really building yourself up for disappointment there. I'm really hoping there's another striker (Ings please) on the way to take some pressure off.

I, like you, am on the paranoid side of cautious when it comes to Pelle......however. I've always said that being a successful striker is 90% a head game, once you get the ball to their feet, the ball isn't a different shape and the goal isn't any smaller in the PL. It comes down to that absolute belief that the ball is going to end up in the net, you could see that change take place in Rodriguez last season when he stopped passing the ball to the keeper and started lacing it.

Pelle has the continuation of management in his favour here, the same person that showed faith in him before is managing him now, that should help keep his head in the right place. We need him to get a couple of goals early doors and he could very well be a success. I'll worry if he suffers a prolonged early drought.

You do realise you don't have to make a new post for every sentence you want to say? You can fit them in one post you know, the internet is clever like that. And yes, he put out a Burnley PR piece which has been discussed in threads actually about Danny Ings. This one is about jacking off to good looking strikers who can score tap ins against amateur teams.
