As odd as it sounds if you read the subtext it seemed like more of a cheap shot at Ipswich than at us.
No worries Spanish. Its a great city, agreed on the onion soup..to die for. Thought you might have followed mightywalls advice & ended up in a club with a couple of french sorts(actually that sounds pretty good to me!)
Intercities Fair's Cup x 2. The competition that preceeded the UEFA cup. Better than the League One trophy and League Cup sitting in your trophy cabinet so I don't see where you have any room to comment?
your biggest achievement ever and for the next 20 years will be reaching the Premier League for one season, maybe two, and you harping on about it is as bad as us talking about our history. I'm considering not going to as many games the first season back in the Premier League because I don't think I could find it entertaining to watch us lose more than we win, which is what is going to happen to you. Congratulations, you're in the Premier League, but it's not going to be any fun.
Must be one of the worst WUM's ever. Norwich have never come anywhere near Leeds United's success in Europe. All you've succeeded in doing is highlight that fact. Think you've spent too many years in the shadow of Ipswich you sad little tosser.
Ye and despite being a far superior club we have to put up with them harping on about the Premier League for 10 months. Sodding brilliant.
Cheeky over reaction going on there! Norwich will never have the history of Leeds, mainly because the competitions they won no longer exist.
Just a thought, whilst watching the football, are you not watching the players also? I think I know what you mean, just being a smart ar.e, sorry! I think Fraser would be my pick but not seen him, just heard. Lads, don't get wound up by Naw wich WUMs. Just remember, they have never been LEEDS and never will, sad really, but they don't know what they have missed; a roller-coaster of fun, disaster, joy, sadness, anger, happiness, bewilderment and amazement, but most of all a feeling of togetherness that the BAD times as well as the GOOD have welded us together as the best fans of any club! Sure, other teams have gone through similar things that we have but never to the same extent. I'm coming to UK 10-25 September and taking in a couple of games. MOT.
Ummm, seems I am new to this site, as I meant to reply to a different thread, so doesn't really make sense now........................that's me all over though!
Smithies was my pick. The Huddersfield fans all seem a bit twitchy at the thought of losing him, which is a good sign.
Was only joking, I only glanced at it once when you had your old sig about being a 'Twitter sensation' or something. It didn't look bad in fairness, at least you're not one of these pricks who pretends they have inside info and ends up getting their demented rumours published by the Mirror. I don't tweet at all myself, just a silent lurker on the usual LUFC pages.
