Here's a few (some **** some not so ****!): Hendervitch = Henderson + Markovitch Henderbert (Humperdink, for (not so) short!) = Henderson + Lambert Caninho = Coutinho + Can Canovitch = Can + Markovitch Canallana (not cannelloni or Cantona or can o' lager!) = Can + Lallana Lallanovitch = Lallana + Markovitch. Henderana or Hendalana = Henderson + Lallana Lallaninho or Coutana = Lallana + Coutinho Lamberllana (Lambanana, anyone?) = Lambert + Lallana Canambert (almost the cheese!) = Can + Lambert I've bolded a few of my personal faves.
