Do I believe that Rangers withheld documentation from HMRC?

Seeing as how it was the FTT appellant judges (who absolved Rangers in 2012) who said it, I have no reason to doubt it.

Old rangers ( in liquidation ) were found guilty of the wee tax case as well as 37 out of 100 parts of the big tax case as well as having some referred back for another look

They owed 200 plus creditors plus at least 25 million in tax


BUT BUT BUT....they are innocent ? PMSL Only in Scotland could the media spin so much nonsense
