Agreed it's difficult to tell how well Pelle will do in the Prem. Same with Ings. 6 goals in 40 appearances for Wickham at Sunderland is pretty poor though and he's never been a goalscorer. I'd be concerned where the goals would come from without a recognised goalscorer up front as we've been hardly prolific from midfield (Cork, Schneiderlin, Wanyama).
I'd love to see Bony or Lukaku join us, but I think both will go to CL clubs. I certainly think they are worth bidding for. At worst case it might mean others will have to up their price !
I probably would too, but at least Castaignos is young. We're not really being linked with him though, I think that was just the writer's opinion of someone we might go for.

Voetbal International and other Dutch media sources saying Feyenoord have accepted an €8m bid. They're saying that we offered €8m, Feyenoord asked for €12m so Saints refused to go higher and left their bid on the table. Feyenoord have blinked first and have now accepted the offer.
Yep decent price. Happy with that. It gives credence to bringing in at least one if ings or redmond, possibly both.
