I rather go for youth I .e Connar Wickham. He's got really good potential so we sell him on for a much bigger fee. If he's that good.

 

Not convinced by Wickham but happy to be proved wrong. Ings would be good.

 

Ings is 21. Should get him for 10-12m shouldn't we?

 

Think Burnley will expect a big payday lets face it everyone knows Ron is now loaded. We will struggle to pick up any bargains.

 

I wouldn't think it'd be much more than 10m given it's the last year of his contract. 10m now or considerably less in compensation this time next year.

 

Considering we've been after Pelle, I guess Ronald wants a big man in? Ings isn't that guy. Wickham isn't really. Who might he go for?

 

I keep saying I feel Ings will be used as the middle man of the 3 behind the main striker.

I used it to mean rubbish, but has a vulgar meaning that I didn't mean.

 

Connor Wickham's scoring record is poor and he only started peforming late last season. Can't seem him being an improvement on Pelle. Ings definitely though. Can play off the main striker and we should be looking to land him.

 

Wickham started to play well in the Prem, Pelle hasn't played in the Prem atm. So you can't judge if Pelle would be better.
