duo get new contracts

Saints pair Cody Cropper & Jake Sinclair have signed new 1 year contracts each.

Was rather hoping it'd be Cork/Fonte, but good news nonetheless, although I do have my doubts about them both.

Oh SF4L, I came dashing in here expecting to see a photo of Jack Cork with a watch and Joes Fonte with Fran drooling over his naked chest, while he signs his contract.

By the time we get round to offering Jack & Jose a new contract they will be well within their rights to tell us to stick it. We're making our own problems here.

 

Is it true that Morgan is only on 9k a week, i personally can't see that i thought he would be up there with our top earners. If it is true then the management at the club really are bringing alot of these problems on themselves.

 

No chance. Signed a five-year deal in the Prem and will be one of the highest earners at the club.

Isgrove's contract is up in 9 days, isn't it?

 

Saw that in the Sun. Apparently Napoli will double his wages to £18,000 a week. I can't believe no one thought that looked completely wrong.

 

He got a one-year extension. Was announced when the released list came up.

 

Thats what i thought, its not the first time i've seen that he's a low earner though.

 

It seems we may well be putting a lot of trust in the youth for next season. A great blueprint, if they are ready. If not, a big mess.

 

That was NC's blueprint from year one wasn't it.

 

When they are good enough, they are ready. We need to look after the Chambers & JWP's, because I don't think our magic conveyer belt has another Ox/Bale/Shaw on the line in the near future, we certainly shouldn't rely on it, which, maybe we seem to be.

 

I'm thinking the next one depending on how much of a run he gets next season will be JWP, i know there are others coming through but from what i've heard there is nothing amazing on the horizon.

 

Indeed. I think people think we are just going to pull one out the bag & solve a problem, but its not going to happen this coming season imo.

 

I am sure JWP is ready to step up now. He needs to play as well as he did at the start of last season. The one I am hoping will really make a breakthrough is Reed. I really think he has talent.

 

Hoped it was Cork and Fonte as well, but they looked happy enough yesterday (well as happy as you can be whilst throwing up into a face mask ). Jake Sinclair I know about, but is Cropper any good?

 

They've not long given McQueen a long contract...must have high hopes of him.
