I don't think it does. However it may ban those who wish to ban people singing legitimate songs of their culture.
After all Scotland claims to be welcome to all , a broad church.
It would seem very narrow minded if people were to be banned for coughing. Maybe a year in prison would
    satisfy some.

perhaps when rangers football club wakes up to the fact that they pander to morons in their support i.e. taking eggs benedict off the menu ,pricing their lunch at £16.90,cutting the grass at greyskull into a sash pattern when they play celtic .

perhaps when they stop those types of petty wind ups they might be taken seriously when they say that they are trying to stop sectarianism at their club

I am afraid the problem with the Rangers club and fans is that they are like a spoilt child.
A spoilt child comes about when parent(s) never ever tell them anything is wrong and prevent
them from doing the wrong thing.
Scottish police or Scottish football authorities have never told Rangers what they are doing is wrong
and have never stopped them from continuing.
Consequently when UEFA inform them they have done wrong and punish them, they don't accept it
and blame someone else, usually Celtic but once Chelsea.

Blah Blah Blah the police have already stated Celtic fans are singing unacceptable words and songs so pot kettle black, concentrate on your own problem before judging ours.It is a joint problem and it's childish for you to blame Rangers fans only, I could reel off about 20 incidents TGFITW have been involved in, so shut the **** up ****tard.

How many times have your fans been fined by UEFA for their singing? Compare it with how many times Celtic fans have been fined for the same offence by UEFA.

    It's really not rocket science.

Right fines don't point out who's worst also as I have stated I accept we as a club have a problem but it is Celtic fans like yourself who deny they have one who are the dhimms regardless of who's worse than who which as I have stated is childish we BOTH HAVE A PROBLEM and I think you'll find tit for tat one team during a season is worse than the other hence 1998-99 your fans reaction was terrible......and for the fans like yourself who say WE DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM check out this website:
    http://ifyouknowtheirhistory.blogspot.com/

It is a social disease on both halves of the divide if you look at the website scroll down there is a video of TGFITW chanting PIRA grow up and accept it is BOTH sides at it.

I think Rangers supporters should stop singing racist and sectarian songs.

You think that Celtic supporters should stop singing songs in support of the IRA.

Is that about the sum of it?

No I think BOTH sides Rangers and Celtic need to stop singing and acting like they do....as it's even on the news down here now and it's not doing either club any good, in this day and age we're both better than it.
It will only do good for both clubs if they do.

    About what exactly??
How I taught you what is in the news and not just opinion, how you embarrassed yourself by stating it wasn't a joint problem when the Police and Goverment said it was?

But we don't act anything like you. You are trying to gather together two different things that you see as a problem and come up with a uniform solution.
Rangers fans chant racist and sectarian songs, Celtic fans sing songs that you deem offensive ergo, we should be subjected to a catch all legislation?

    Bullshit.

just stop being racist and stop being sectarian and then perhaps you can discuss the legitimacy or otherwise of the songs that a number of Celtic fans sing in support of Irish Freedom.
