Good Morning Everyone,

What a scorcher of a weekend, now back to work.

On this day ten years ago, we signed Danny Cadamarteri and Michael Ricketts. Blimey, doesn't time fly!!!

Let's just hope that Dave can encourage better players than that!!!

Sporting Director Nicola Salerno has turned down Palermo to is set to travel to Elland Road to meet up with his old mate Cellino.

Off into a meeting, so speak shortly...

About bloody time Elland, I've been awake since 5 am and waiting for your morning thread.......morning by the way...<ok>

Morning all, evening Shaks. With coach and Salerno in lace, surely well soon see a few new signings on the playing side. That's what I'm most looking forward to, seeing the calibre of player they can attract. Far too many years of signing also rans already.

Who is Salerno?...has he got a good track record?

Good morning, for all of you at work - did you know, when you are retired, how nice the sound is of gravel scrunching as your neighbours set off for work, you can lie on your pillow for as long as you like listening to them, then plan a visit to your favourite pub for lunch........

But of course, you will secretly miss the excitement of having meetings to look forward to, people telling you what to do all the time, pressure and stress, as all this gave your life some meaning. Now of course every day is the same, grey and featureless (this is a complete lie but I put it in to make you feel better :). )

I feel I am starting to get the feel of Cellino, there is method in his 'madness' and I hope the Nicola guy joins us, even if he does have a girls name, I feel he could be an important part of the jigsaw. Now looking forward cautiously to life-LUFC improving <ok>

Morning all

First Morning debate I've taken part in for ages, I'm glad to be back.

If this Salerno fella brings in good players then it's all good but to be honest I'm not a big fan of the European model.

Morning 2020, pal, I worked out I work a 70 hour week, that sounds soooo good.

Was thinking the same about a guy called Nicola....

Leeds United chairman Ken Bates has said that Kasper Schmeichel has no future at Elland Road and the club will be moving on, with or without him.

Leeds agreed a deal with Leicester City on Monday for the services of Schmeichel who still has one year remaining on his current contract at Leeds.

Bates is making it clear though if Schmeichel decides to turn down a move away from Elland Road that he will not be featuring. Speaking in the Yorkshire Evening Post , 'We`ve decided that we`re going to sign two new goalkeepers and Kasper will not be first choice.

'Now he has a decision to make. He either accepts that he`s out of the limelight for a year or he goes to Leicester or another club that comes in for him. We will be moving on.'
