Celtic have had directors of football . Kenny Dal for example . Who's to say theur current syatem wasn't put into place by one of them ?

Look we both know Rangers are a shambles . There us no argument there . Should they be spending money they don't have on expensive players and staff ? Of course not . But they are going to do that anyway so I would rather they got something decent for the cash they haven't got .

Better a scouting system than another has been player cashing in .
