Difficult to predict after only one match but Argentina struggled to a 2-1 win so I don't think they will win it.
Spain lost their opening game in 2010, while Italy barely made it out of their group in 2006.
Spain didn't lose 5-1 in their first match though did they? Italy do not have the players to win it this year.
But the point Croydon is making is that early form can be misleading. Argentina may well get stronger.
Don't think any european team will win it,they haven't won so far when the cup has been held in south america,and i can't see that changing,Brazil and Argentina have not started wel,l but will get better and be the teams to beat
Argentina showed they can click it up a gear against Bosnia - something that Brazil have not shown in either of their games because conning the referee does not constitute as clicking up a gear...especially when it fails miserably, as happened last night.
Brazil created lots of chances last night,Mexico's keeper made at last 4 world class saves
