things like the academy should be run the same way regardless of whoever the manager is, that way there is consistency as to the coaching style and they can be left to do their job.

giving mates jobs like this is pointless as he will leave when OGS goes, then we'll have to start again. its one thing having jobs for the boys in the first team, but the club should choose non first team staff&#8230;..<ok>
