Overall a fairly good performance, but it just wasn't our night and we noticeably tired in the latter stages of the match - we needed to make some of those early goal scoring opportunities count when we had fresher legs.

Yep, precisely. When I saw that those two attempts not go in, I thought sadly, again, England was not going to get the 'rub of the green'.
Can only hope they get something going their way soon.
 
Go and do 4 weeks of overtime and leave yourself wide open for all the QPR games next season!

I thought we did enough for a draw but fair play to the Italians. They did their job and got the result. England didn't take their chances.
