    Yeh but they just got hammered. Lucky it wasnt more. Every time the dutch went forward they looked like scoring. Their midfield which was worse than anything we can field didnt only out muscle spains, they out played them completely. They kept the ball, used width, were both direct and patient in their attacks.

    Van gaal changed the formation for this game as they were missing strootman. Tactical master stroke.

    It obviously is. Knockout v league football is completely different. The world cup has a mini league but its still knock out.

    Im looking forward to what he can do and this just adds to it.

    The WC is totally different to the premiership , the Dutch team is totally different to United's but RVP's goal will be the goal of the tournament, and LVG getting the surprise match of the WC.

    Which means an extra billion global fans added to United 's fanbase <ok>
