    Fair point, Stevie. I rarely did much cardio work whilst younger, it was all power orientated. I was lucky though in that I rarely had (have) back problems. The worst thing I got was shin-splints. <yikes> Oh, and DOMS like a batard!

    So just been on the nature trail here after getting out of the work ive been doing. Took in the highest falls in ny state

    Had a gullible American with me who took the extreme trail (50%) gradient over rocks and shale... Got scared but I convinced him to go on and we got right up close to the falls and I said god if only I was young I'd climb up there and I could see him thinking so I egged him on and videoed it

    You know... Two fools who go in the woods unprepared so he climbed up about 15-20 feet and walked out under falls.... Well he nearly fell in which was good but I got a photo of the guy looking small beside the water
