The game wasn't any better. Diving...dubious penalties....the crowd not even getting off their seats when Brazil scored.

It's the same sanitised ****e that they aspire to at the local club with no name. I.e. Rupert and Tara from west Ella on a corporate day out at the behest of Ehab.

Careful there fella, Brazilians are the pinnacle of fanhood that we're expected to aspire to.
 
I never watch opening ceremonies as I don't see how they are about sport, they are just about the political promotion of a country.
 
I fast forwarded the opening ceremony after watching the first minute or so. I said to a Palace fan that the opening ceremony was **** and he interrupted me to say: "Don't tell me about it. I'm going to watch it when I get home"! It's not like I was giving him the result of the match because it hadn't even started. I can't wait to see what he says when I next see him.
 
You'd have thought they would at least have included some form of vaginal waxing display.

Missed a trick there.
