Afternoon all ... so court case lost (it was a pathetic non starter anyway) and Leeds to pay £950k by next week, and the rest will now also have to be paid pretty soon ... great start Cellino has had so far off the field ... as for Dolan being appointed (or any of the other front runners) it will end in tears ... Dolan will struggle at Leeds, this is a massive club with a huge job to do and the pressure is immense ... people need to understand the difference when a player, coach or manager comes to Leeds, its not about ability, its about temperament ... do you have BMT, can you cope with the expectations and pressure that comes with being at a club like Leeds? Not even Everton or Newcastle suffer from the same pressure ... asking someone to step up from a Youth coaching role into taking Leeds back to the Prem is insane ... Dolan may well go and get a Blackpool or Watford promoted, but that's because, like Burnley, its not expected, so there isn't any pressure ... if Dolan is at a Blackpool and he misses automatic promotion by one point, then loses in the play-off semis, everyone will pat him on the back and go "awesome season, much better than we ever dreamed" ... at Leeds that will not happen, and pressure does all sorts to the mind ... I seriously doubt Dolan can step up to this level of expectation and deliver, with the added problem of Cellino causing mayhem whenever he spills coffee in bed ... Leeds need a very strong manager, a George Graham type who doesn't tolerate nonsense and demands the highest standards from the entire club not just the players ... forget promotion this season, my worry now more and more is if we start poorly a relegation battle is not improbable

I'm with Bucks on this, Dolan doesn't need to be a very strong manager, because he isn't being employed as such. He's there to coach the players and get them playing decent football, which is exactly what he does at Reading, funnily enough. Yes he will be in the spotlight more, but Cellino's the real manager and will do a good job of hogging the limelight. Good coaches can change teams, and I'm cautiously optimistic about Dolan.

Looks like Dolan not coming anyway. Reading issued a statement blocking any move for him. They seem to rate him highly as a coach, but of course, as usual, he's not good enough for some of our fans

oh please ... the "coach" won't feel pressure? wake up and smell the coffee, and for fcuk sakes don't roll out the "Cellino is the manager" line ... this is going to be a fcuking disaster, the quality of replacement for McD is fcuking laughable ... lots more heartache to come ... Cellino has behaved like a clown so far and we are going to suffer if he continues in this vein
