Nonsense. It certainly contributed to the large debt, but that was under control. It was a combination of a bogus HMRC charge, and the bank pressurising Murray into selling to a crook that caused Rangers to go bust.

He's not making sense. The kids at Rangers are/were nowhere near good enough to have won the divisions we were in without bringing in experienced pros. People that think this calamity was some sort of opportunity to rebuild Rangers are dreamers. It's all about getting back to the top as quickly as possible. We should consider ourselves fortunate that players of the calibre of Boyd and Miller are prepared to drop down to the level we're at to help the club get back to where we belong.
