Not enough details to say really. The tweet says his phone calls were ignored. If we're to understand that means the Southampton board just refused to pick up the phone to talk with him then that's a bit childish and weird. If they 'ignored him' by not giving him any info and telling him to focus on the national team then he really needs to suck it up.
