Quality musician however I am here to discuss the "Left wing" of Sunderland.

The younger generation of Sunderland fans will not be too familiar with the left wing concept and may well class it as a myth that we ever had one but strong links to Charles N'Zogbia suggest we look set to establish such a myth and make it into a reality.

On the other hand Newcastle, Aston Villa, Spurs & Liverpool all have shown an interest in the lad and with all teams with cash to burn we could well miss out and restore the left wing to its mythical status.

So who else could be a possible left wing signing? Other than N'Zogbia I struggle to think of a left winger who we could sign.

Yeah I know that is why I am asking who else is a possible target to come in as left winger

There's this lad called Kieran Richardson that could do a job if he pulls his finger out.

All he has to do is accept that he isn't a world beater, then settle down to some good hard graft.

You can't deny that in patches he has been a very good player for us.

I wouldn't believe a word that the mag rag the chronicle has to say. they will twist anything to make the mags look good, and as far as I can gather, there has been no direct quotes from him. I would wait to see what N'Zogbia has to say for himself before writing him off.

Eljero Elia. He played down the left for the Dutch during the 2010 WC, and always looked a handful when he was on. Brought some attacking flair to the dutch side, which it needed...

Heard he was unsettled at Hamburg, reckon a cheeky punt might be needed. Wether or not we get him is another thing all together.

Him, Sess, and Gyan would be a massive handful for any team.

I think Nzog will either go to Liverpool or us.

Richardson with finger out would be idea but after all his time here I have to ask if his finger will ever come out

He is a very good player but I heard Chelsea were sniffing around him but his fee would be similar to N'Zogbia and again its trying to sell the club to the lad, which is ****ing hard

Wait.... There's a LEFT wing??? All this time I thought the concept was simply laughable, I never bothered mentioning it because I thought people would ridicule me for simply suggesting an attack down the left hand side of the pitch... I have to take a look at my life, re-evaluate it... Maybe it would also be a good idea to buy a player as well, but I suppose that's going a bit far...

I'd like us to test Wolves with a bid for Matt Jarvis. In the Wolves v Spurs game last season, he tore Hutton another arsehole.
A hard working, pacey and skillful player, who can play on either wing would be a great signing for us.

Nzogbia even though left footed is better playing down the right imo but like mrrawhite says take no notice of what it says in the papers they get it right about 3% of the time

Blimey, Richardson can play in so many positions it's unreal. In todays market he must be worth about 150 million. Sell, sell selllll I say!! :emoticon-0164-cash:
