Rodgers has been made to look good by reason of three flukes:-

(1) the Yank owner breached Goofy's contract and forced him to stay put
(2) Goofy had a fantastic season - it won't happen again, it rarely does
(3) United completely screwed up by appointing Moyes as manager

Next season, Goofy will be found out (assuming he doesn't **** off to Real, in a dream move), United will regain top 4, and Chavs will recall Lukaku and buy in a couple of other decent players and will challenge £ity for the title.

All of this will lead to 'Pool being dumped back down to 7th. Rodgers will be viewed as a failure by Mousers and LFC and will get the sack.

It will all end in disaster. You heard it here, first, folks.

Or Suarez will show he is up with Bale, Ribery, Ibrahimovic and Iniesta and be fantastic again. I only hope it is for Real Madrid - they've unsettled us enough, time to raid others.
 
Looks like Roy`s dodgy record in the transfer market is set to continue with the £9m purchase of 32 year old Ricky Lambert!

Oi SD they unsettled McMannaman and Owen, both players running down their contracts with us to make their moves to Real happen and costing us bigtime in lost transfer fees.<grr>

Macca won a CL with them and scored in the final but Mikey the manc only got splinters in his arse from his season on the Real bench.<whistle>
 
Rodgers used the same "Envelope trick" that Fergie used, but Fergie won a title, Rodgers never.

Now Rodgers is again looking at Fergie and copying his methods, such as Ferguson bringing in Sheringham at the age of 31, who helped them win the champions league.

Lambert a year older, but same type of transfer, just not in the same class as Teddy and Lambert won't end his career with medals.

ouch, maybe if Rodgers had decided to join you instead of us (even though you offered more cash ) then you'd be more respected throughout Europe and recognised for quality play and sublime attacking ability
