Will Pochettino stay or go?

I sort of get the gloating. It's always nice to be right, and I've never believed people when they predict doom, and then say "but I'll be happy to be proved wrong!"

 

I don't Rest assured in no way is any "attack" aimed at the majority of people who were reasonable, if a bit too optimistic.

 

Hearing the names of Mackay, Moyes, Magath, Lennon and Poyet is seriously depressing. If they were in charge I would fully expect a meltdown.

Regardless of whether some people do match that rather extreme description, it feels like a kick in the teeth for all of us who want the best for this club to see people practically celebrating their own brilliance at predicting the worst.

Now I'm really depressed. Just turned on the TV to see that gurning git Farage on the news.

 

I don't think so, but apparently to others he is.

 

He's not going to be our new manager is he? Might be a bit conflicted when presented with the opportunity to sign a great player from abroad...

He's not the kind of coach we need. He's a strict disciplinarian and someone who has never previously shown any interest in integrating youth players.

 

Who is celebrating it? People are just pointing out that there was, indeed, as suspected, no smoke without fire. That's not celebrating is it? Unless I have a very different reading of the word.....

 

Everybody, every single one of us, would be "celebrating" getting that wrong as it happens.....

 

Poch going has to be better than this ongoing vacuum of leadership. A strong new boss may start making demands about keeping good players and spending some money. It seems like we've been on the back foot for weeks.

 

Cauley Woodrow? Mousa Dembele? Chris David? There's others too.

I didn't say anyone was celebrating the news itself, just the fact that they called it.

 

"Never previously" meaning before he was at Fulham. And let's be honest, they have a great youth system and **** first teamers. Even the worst manager would find some use for the players you mention in that situation.

 

It's a kick in the teeth for everybody. I'm not celebrating at all, thanks, and as FLT said earlier, "You of all people PTF shouldn't be putting reasons into peoples mouths. You don't like that when done to you"
