JWP mentions how he is played out of position out of necessity...he certainly plays a different role for England. It can be useful to be seen as a utility player...being flexible and all that..but let's hope it doesn't hold back his personal development.

Next season we can have confidence in our new player-manager's ability to talk good English to his team of under-12's as they battle with the Premier League's finest, everyone else having been sold.

Yes, but most of our under-12's will already secretly be on pre-contracts to Arsenal, United, City or Chelsea.

I believe that Arsenal's lawyers are busily writing up pre-natal contracts to try and get ahead of the game.:)

Wow, JWP is so good that he played 49 PL games last season according to that link.

He has not nailed down one place, I still am at a loss to where his best position is

Watching him playing for the England U20's the other day, he seems to revel in the Schneiderlin position, fairly deep CM, but he does get forward as much as possible. He has more competition for his place at Saints than he does for the England U20's and U21's though, which is interesting.

Well as Morgan is off to Arsenal, JWP should get more game time in his preferred position

Don't forget JWP will be captaining England U20's against Brazil tomorrow at 6:30pm, live on BT Sport.
