Police are appealing for the 90,000 witnesses to come forward tonight after a daylight robbery occurred at Wembley. Police are particularly interested to speak with a Mr B Zamora, although considered dangerous in front of a goal, so caution is advised when approaching him.

That is pretty much how I described it to my wife when she asked how it went.

That's a bit harsh to say the least. We started the better team but by half time it was anybody's game and as we know following O'Neill's sending off they did everything right except score and conceded at the death.

Well, the bookies had Derby down as the winners today before the game, and everyone had Palace written off this season, so who knows.......
