As you wanted to turn the man into some form of martyr and find other reasons (aside from the FACT that he was a proven ****ing cheat) as to why he was universally disliked in the country, at the peak of his cheating exploits. Fair enough - I laughed like a drain to be honest. I quite like really bad acts of cheating even if i fake a self righteous sense of outrage at the time if it happens against the team i want to win.
Anyone that's defending Sisu for his latest meltdown can do one, George Best was a world-class player in his prime, players respected him.
I saw Best play a couple of times and yep he was a great player. Haven't read bbf's post so can't comment.
