The NH ratings are disappointing in the main.

Vautour won a decent looking Supreme with ease. Faugheen won a poor Neptune and poor Irish Champion Novice. I don't know if I agree that their ratings represent the quality of their respective performances even though I am a huge Faugheen supporter.

You think Faugheen doesn't merit the 161 or do you feel Vautour was worthy of more than 158? I think in basic terms their right in that the former is the superior of the 2 and it's going to be very hard to determine where each goes.

The ratings of the chasers shows how blessed we were in the Kauto / Denman era doesn't it!

That was horrible. He was away and gone. Replayed it but cannot see what happened. Fear the worse for him. A real dampener to a good night that!

Sickener - 2 stand out displays tonight!!

Crokers drawn in T5 next to Ecclestone T6 in 1st Semi.

2nd semi

1 Brother John
4 Mind The Net
6 Nemesis

Happy with the draw for ECCLESTONE. He should get a nice clear run out wide. Mind The Net v Aero Nemesis is a real showdown. Gutted that I am going to miss it!

I lived and died by Faugheen this Cheltenham so it's not for lack of respect for the horse but when a horse is winning bad races easily I struggle to understand how the assessor can judge him to have performed better than Vautour, who won a decent Supreme and a very good grade one in Ireland the time before when he dealt with The Tullow Tank surprisingly easily.
