Some are well written and nicely articulated and as valid as most msm hacks by way of opinion. Some of the writers are a bit full of themselves admittedly but so too are the guys writing for the Record. It's nice to read a different perspective once in a while.
In amongst the ****e there are some nuggets. It's like midgie raking, sometimes you feel clatty even reading the rantings of the true loonballs (of which there are many), but it's funny too. The FootballTaxHavens site being a prime example. Silly **** won't admit that Celtic don't have £32m in loans from the CooP even though it's utter hogwash. Some people still read it and actually seem to believe it too as Chapper II has shown.
[h=1]Celtic Park built on Made Ground comprising Ash, Rubble, Sand, Slag, Gravel & even Timber ranging from 27ft – 16ft thick in places[/h]Posted by footballtaxhavens ⋅ May 13, 2014 ⋅ 2 Comments Bang on the money! This is also the reason why the newly built Emirates arena isn’t higher than it is. The original plans called for a two tier cycling track so that more races could be run. It could be argued that the emirates was also built on top of sub standard materials including the aforementioned “planks of wood” I have also heard that the recently completed celtic way entrance to the stadium was constructed completely out of old broken digestive biscuits and burnt rice crispies – a disaster waiting to happen as any construction professional will tell you that only Kellogg’s frosties can be used on such a project.
They're pulling down non-dom schools all over the east end these days. No doubt to take the heat off of the GCC (Glasgow Catholic Council)
If I'm being 100% honest then I'd say I was in two minds over the London Road school. Beautiful building on the inside and a waste that it was torn down but at the same time it had been sitting empty for years prior to that. I personally think it would have made a cracking building for the club museum.
