I hope that RD makes a bee line for Riga's house this week, and offers him a long contract.

 

If he doesn't a lot of people will be unhappy. Staying up sort of justifies the Stephens and Kemrorgant sales but if he lets Riga escape... Well it'll be interesting to see how RD worms his way out of that one.

 

RD was asked about the next manager at the weekend, and gave a fairly waspish answer.
