Barca spent plenty of money last summer too. Jose won 2 major trophies in 3 seasons in Madrid. If Carlo wins the CL final he'll have already bettered Jose's achievements in 1 season, with 2 trophies aswell, but one of those being that elusive 10th CL.

Barca - were playing without Goal keeper for most of the season, no Messi (world cup year), no back four for crying out loud and to top it all Neymar travesty most of the season. Throw in unfortunate Tito's (RIP) death and emotional toll on that group of players...
Whereas Real have bought great players this year close to 150M, they were without any off field troubles and you say they are weaker??

Atleti are a better TEAM than they where last season, by along way. It is not just about individual players like Falcao. Simeone took over Atleti when they where near the bottom of the table, and he's gradually built them into a great team, and they are a far better team this season than they where last, as they're all a lot more used to the managers way of playing than they where last season.
I have also not said anywhere that Real are weaker, I don't know where your getting that from. You say they spent 150 million, but they also sold a few so there net spend isn't much more than Barca's.
Jose managed 1 title in 3 seasons, and 1 domestic cup, with the most expensive side in world football. He could never get them to a CL final after 3 attempts, where as Carlo gets them there at the first attempt, and has improved the CL performances no end, with Ronaldo breaking the goal scoring record in a campaign with 16. So Carlo clearly gets a better tune out of Ronaldo too.
Jose has gone 2 seasons now without a trophy, he is the new specialist in failure, and he can't use the excuse 'but we play good football' As he plays the worst brand I have ever witnessed. It's like watching paint dry

That Lacrosse is not even a professional or international game. It is College Lacrosse.
That's another thing that has always baffled me about America.
They televise and bet on college "football" and basketball games etc wtf is up with that?
Can you imagine us televising school football games with kids playing? Seems weird
School sports are more organized in the colonies and they are real close up with professional sports.
Schools act more like lower leagues.
So people are connected and see local schools as if their local hometown team.
Lots of americans bet in the school sports. They follow college basketball more than NBA.
But, if you take Ice hockey - Sad thing is IIHF world championship is going on in Belarus now. During the same time Stanley cup playoffs are taking place in NHL. All the superstars are staying and playing in NHL ignoring their country.
