Pretty stressed about getting these tickets tomorrow!! Can someone tell me how you can tell whether there's enough seats in a particular block for your needs? Apparently you can't select individual seats! Eg: I want 3 together. So let's say I click on block 119. How will I know if I can get 3 seats there together? Could I end up with 3 seats, apart from eachother in the same block? Help!!
rangercol, I'm also in a group of three - two season ticket holders and one expired membership. We bought all three via two transactions - two on one season ticket - and then logged back in separately to purchase one on the other season ticket. The conclusion; I've offered to sit on my own, albeit that we will be in the same block - two in a row and one single. Not ideal but we all have a ticket, so I'm going to compromise and sit apart.
That's not my issue mate. I've got 3 memberships so I can get all 3 together. The question in my OP remains??????
Sku........thinking about it, you could have got all 3 together in the same transaction. 8 are allowed per transaction. You should have assigened 2 to one ST and 1 to the other one. I'm doing this with my 3 memberships but I still don't get how I will know if all 3 are together. Help and advise would be greatly appreciated.
From what happened to us, it seems it won't let you progress to payment if there are not 3 seats together. Cant guarantee that, but thats what it seemed like. We tried to get 3 seats in a block in the lower tier but it stopped us progressing. It did that for each block in the lower two tiers. Then when we tried for the upper tier it let us -and the three seats were together. I presume it means there are only single or two seats left together in the lower tiers. Hope that makes sense!
Col, my experience when buying six tickets was that I clicked on a block and, before actually buying, I could check the seat numbers offered. The first offer was 4 together and two individual, so I cancelled and tried another block and got six together. It seems to be a bit trial and error. Good luck.
Just couldn't get it to work, and didn't want to miss out; so took the next best approach. Whilst it would be have been better to have got three in a row, I've just accepted that I'll be sitting apart; and I'm just happy to get the tickets sorted yesterday morning.
Cheers guys. Doesn't sound like I'm likely to get 3 together in a lower block. I may try getting 2 and then go back to the same block with a new transaction so that at least we're all in the same block! I presume it may be easier over the phone so that the operator can tell you what seats are available. I think someone said this is what happened to them over the phone. Getting through is the problem. I tried phoning about 10 minutes early for the semi tickets and they wouldn't let me through. Then at 10am the lines were full!!
I think that's a sensible approach. Far from ideal though, I agree. There's always a chance that there's enough people moving around and doing the same thing to swap over before kick off. Focus on getting enough tickets in the same block and anything else is a bonus; that was my approach.
Another question from me- can't be bothered to clutter the board with another thread. I need 3 tickets and have 2 memberships. On Friday it's the first day for members (1 per membership) and on the second day it's the same. Am I able to wait til Saturday to get all 3 at once or are Friday and Saturday exclusive events, if you see what I mean?
They seem to be exclusive events mate. I would not risk waiting until Saturday. Your first opportunity to get three at once will be on Sunday I think.
This is a nightmare....nearly but not quite the stress of Monday night I am in the same situation as Col... Anyone know (ie ST holders) because memberships cannot see the Wembley available seating plan until 10.)..what are the best seating area still left with decent availability. I know the third tier is still available but what is the view like ( I went to a concert and had aticket right at the back up there, and couldn't see a thing)
I saw an England match at one end in the very back row. It was high up but I still enjoyed it and would prefer that than not going
I'm trying to console myself with the fact that there is still around half the allocation left Beth. I'm determined not to panic and willing to pay for cat 1 if necessary. I'd much prefer to speak to someone than do it online, but I never seem to be able to get through in these situations.
Can someone who has bought fro the final online please confirm whether the blocks that are not available show up as such on the seating plan? (Much the same as they do when buying online for LR)
I logged on at 9.50 and there is already an online queue. Looks like I will be waiting a good while. If you are not logged on, do so asap.
