    Heard this rumour from 4 different sorces now!!

    Great signing if it happens, but I'd be well suprised if Reading let him come to us as we will definately be one of their promotion rivals!!

    he would be a BIG signing cant see reading letting him go and he wouldnt come to us id imagine, unless he was given security of a long term deal and at 29 would we want to see this? i like mcanuff that would be a signing showing purpose

    Another player who will not join us because with our present pay scale we couldn't afford his wages. I don't know where these rumours about different players we are supposed to be interested in originate from but they normally come to nothing, especially if another Championship club is after the same player. I prefer to wait and see who we actually sign.
