Great news for him in being selected for the england squad. However you have got to think that somebody is now going to bid 10m for him in the summer now. I can see it being another summer like last year where key players leave. So the question is who are we going to get to replace him?

Zaluska is not up to the job. I doubt David Marshall or Boruc will fancy coming back.

He'll be sold for 8m. No ones going to come in and chuck 10m at a keeper who hasn't played a game at the WC.

No idea who we'd get in his place though. Marshall's not a bad shout though.

    This.

He will not play. Hart is number 1 and hodgson worked with foster at WBA so he wilm be number 2. Id be surprised if forster gets any time even in a warm up game.

What happens if Hart gets injured?

You never know, everyone pray that he gets a serious injury and we will get an extra coupla mill for Fraz.

**** knows who is around to replace him, he had his faults when he joined and I was surprised when we resigned him after his first season. We seem to be able to make progress with players in this area so should look at a younger player again.

There's always Robert James Langfield ---- Over 100 shutouts in 300 league appearances & second to Forster in shutouts this season.

I'll drive him down myself. <laugh>

I'd rather Jamie stays where he is and keeps throwing them in the net each time we play. He's a Tim isn't he?

Guy's a throbber - good player but he's constantly beeling.

    5 million for Forster <rofl>

dbl it, no chance they will sell him for less than 10m, the board might be pricks but they are no mugs, Foster is proven in the Champions League as unbeatable at times, doesnt matter if he doesnt get a game for England, Ter Stegen and Adler dont get a game for Germany, Ter Stegen just signed for Barca for 10m, because he only had a year left and wasnt signing a new contract, Forster still has 2 years on his contract with Celtic, if they are selling him this summer it will be no less than 10m.

As much cl experience as he has he plays in scotland not Germany. He is considered untested imo. Id be shocked if we got more than £5/6m

If Hart does get injured and FF does get a game, it could ruin him, due to the fact that for some ridiculous reason, Hodgson keeps playing Hart even in the meaningless friendlies, so none of the back up keepers get any 1st team experience.
We all know that Ben Foster and Hodgson are bum chums.

Just look what happened last time we had a 'reserve' keeper in goal at a WC. Remember Rob Green?
I'm sure you all do and I bet you're still laughing at his performance against the Yanks <yikes>
