I'm really curious as to why United fans come onto our board and are so aggressive. It can't come as a shock to them that other fans don't hope for a Manchester united revival, and don't think one is near.

I think most non-United fans see Manchester United position in the league as entirely deserved, if not a little higher than they deserved. On top of that most people I talk to, don't think that it had a lot to do with Moyes, think that United are short about 10-15 decent players out of their squad of 25, and are several years from rebuilding the squad.

Now we have King Eric face-palming because someone pointed out that United are the second best team in Manchester (out of two) in the PL, and he thinks that is the same as being second best out of 6, and you can even argue that Arsenal, if we win the FA cup, will be more successful than Chelsea this year.

So, in short, if you are a United fan and you come on here expecting to get a favourable reaction from the audience forget it. You are not. Coming on here and writing as if you are going to get even fair treatment is being an ass. We have a thread titled Manchester United because we want to laugh at how the big-headed pompous blow-hards have fallen from grace, not listen to wildly fantastic deluded crap about your club.

So face-palming is being aggressive ? Wow.

I'm pointing out that were the second best team in Manchester this season and Arsenal are the second best team in London this season. No shame in it for either of us.

I'm not expecting favourable responses from an Arsenal board about United at all, but you seem to be expecting United fans not to try and add some balance to the topic / debate ?

BTW : it's less aggressive than one of your mods posting on the United board calling us ****s <ok>

How can you be the second best team in Manchester when there is only one team that plays in Manchester ? <whistle>

I personally judge teams over the league. It's the one reflection of how well they've played over the season but I take your point about being the most succesful team this season trophy wise as I highly doubt you will lose the FA final <ok>

They finished 3 points better off in the league than us, one position higher, but we will most likely win a trophy. For me it's obvious to see who has had the better season :)

United fans dont care.

Maybe if City could win it 3 times in a row? I doubt that but they might be able to make a weak claim to be the best side.

<laugh><laugh><laugh>

ooooooh they are hurtin '

hurtin' bad mama !

what a shame .

<laugh><laugh><laugh>

2005 FA Cup winners ( fluked )
lots of nothing
2014 - FA Cup finalists.

2005 - Nothing
loads and loads of stuff, every trophy available to us bar the Europa League
2014 - Same as Liverpool and Chelsea

Clearly you have much lower expectations that we do. we would consider your current season a major fail. The FA Cup would just sugar coat it and nothing more. 128 days on top and finish 4th? Rather just be ****e all season as a bottle job like that has got to hurt.

Enjoy the FA Cup. No way you will lose.

The master of irony arrives .

Tell us the story United in Dread .

Please tell us again about how the mighty United will pass us and you will laugh .

go on............ we wont laugh .

Soon enough lad. Dont you worry about it. Arsenal gave it a bloody good go with their annual collapse but our season was just so much worse.

You guys however cant improve any further as you are at your level......scraping 4th year after year....

how about that NONE of your players would get in their first team .

Kinda lays down the truth dont it .

fool !

<laugh>

go on , tell us all how Jones would walk into their team ,

I dont need to tell you. Plenty of our players would.

being a fan of Arsenal, you are probably in awe of City but as a United fan.... ive seen vastly superior sides.
