La Liga title race

Athletico and Real Madrid are blowing it Liverpool and Chelsea stylee...both are losing,
whilst Barca are drawing, Real are going down with a whimper, why the hell didn't they play Ronaldo and Bale?

 

Athletico have equalized 1-1

 

Oh come on if Liverpool and Atletico both fail to win their league I'm going to be so disappointed with this season.

Actually they would win it on a better head to head record. GD is not used in La Liga.

They play Real and Barca to put a trophy in their cabinet. I hope they do both.

 

I'm glad that a Elche have retained La Liga status.
Hadn't realised they had reached such lofty heights, until today.
I have a place 30 minutes from there, and will try and catch a game or two next season.
Only a small place but has 36,000 capacity stadium.

 

Please, please, please!! Hope Atletico do it!! Barca and real cream off all the TV money and go into any shop anywhere in the country and all you get is Barca and Real shirts, baseball caps etc so for this reason alone I hope Atletico manage to win La Liga!!

 

Truthfully, in the scheme of things, I don't really care, but if I was pushed I'd have to say Atletico. I'm always for the underdog. An attiude which seems to have been lost these days in the SKY Sports era.

 

I've nothing against either Barca or real but once in a while it is nice to see an underdog come top so that is why I hope Atletico win La Liga!! Have a feeling they will fall between two stools a la Benfica last season and one of out many moons ago - Leeds in '65!!
